Greenwood Village-based Envision Healthcare is continuing its buying spree and snapping up a Michigan physicians group for at least $120 million.

Envision on Tuesday announced plans to acquire Emergency Physicians Medical Group, an Ann Arbor, Mich.-based operator of 37 clinics in six states. Envision plans to pay $120 million plus an undisclosed amount contingent upon EPMG’s post-acquisition performance.

EPMG is expected to contribute annualized net revenue of $140 million to Envision, officials said in an acquisition . The transaction is expected to close in 30 days.

This latest acquisition follows a string of deals for Envision, which, , are aiming to integrate health services.

Last year, Envision, which operates the American Medical Response ambulance business, wrapped up a , a provider of ambulance and fire-protection services.

Envision followed that transaction with a $135 million purchase of and its QRx Medical Management billing division.
