The is gaining notice for its food, crafted from locally sourced and organic ingredients, and served with incredible views. The television show “Food Factory: Night Shift” took its film crew on the ride through one of Colorado’s most dramatic canyons, focusing on executive chef Jeremy Garnett and his scratch-cooked culinary creations.

Called “Chew-Chew!”, the episode will debut on the FYI Network/Biography Channel at 11 a.m. on March 31.

It features the culinary team preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner on the train, where diners sit in a glass-domed railroad car, gazing out at majestic scenery. Featured meals include Atlantic salmon with basil pesto and fire-roasted tomatoes and with hazelnut cream sauce.

The FYI Network can be found on channel 200 in Colorado for digital cable subscribers, channel 119 for Dish Network subscribers and on channel 266 for DirectTV subscribers. The episode will also be posted on the FYI Network website, fyi.tv, after it airs.
