Dozens of law enforcement agencies across Colorado will honor fallen officers on Friday as four names of those who died in 2015 will be added to the Memorial Wall at the Colorado State Patrol Academy in Golden.
Jefferson County Sgt. Sean Renfro, CSP Troopers Taylor Thyfault and Jaimie Jursevics and University of Colorado Colorado Springs Officer Garret Swasey will be added to the wall along with nine historical names from between 1875 and 2012.
The ceremony, scheduled for 10 a.m., will include a wreath laying and the release of doves. Family members, friends and well-wishers are welcome to attend.
