The contestants for Season 12 of the reality-TV competition “The Bachelorette” hold job titles such as “erectile dysfunction specialist,” “hipster” and “Canadian,” so perhaps we should be grateful that Colorado’s lone representative, Chase Brody McNary, is a medical sales representative.

The fresh-faced, 27-year-old Highlands Ranch resident is among 26 guys competing for the affections of star, Dallas real estate developer and “Bachelor” refugee JoJo Fletcher when the new season premieres May 23.

They’re not all weirdos. Season 12 also includes a U.S. Marine, a firefighter, a singer-songwriter, a civil engineer and a couple real estate agents. But what’s McNary’s story?
