“Mike and Peggy are committed to Denver and will remain in Denver,” Weigand said in an interview. In part because the couple don’t entertain as much as they used to — — and their children live out of state, they’re looking to move “into a smaller home that better fits their current lifestyle,” she said.
The sale would be the most expensive of those listed in . She previously represented the Shanahans when they sold their former Cherry Hills Village home for $7 million in 2010, according to . They purchased it for $16 million in 2007.
