GOP Senate candidate Darryl Glenn has received a coveted speaking slot at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland next week.

Re: July 14 news story.

Darryl Glenn, Colorado’s Republican nominee for the U.S. Senate,is out of touch with Colorado. Clearly, Glenn missed the memo: We don’t stand with Donald Trump.

Your article highlights the Colorado GOP delegation’s lack of enthusiasm for the divisive Trump or his Republican National Convention. Most Republican leaders are pointedly avoiding the convention. Meanwhile, the ultra-conservative Glenn is not only going to attend the RNC, but has also claimed a speaking slot to praise Trump. At this point, Glenn’s deafness to voters’ wishes is no longer surprising — after all, he thinks Washington’s problem is too much bipartisanship.

Coloradans want a senator who will work with anyone and bring home real results. Glenn, will increase division and dysfunction instead. Glenn is the wrong choice for Colorado.
