Paxton Lynch thinks highly of his speed. In Madden.
The Broncos’ first-year quarterback, along with other NFL rookies, reacted to their ratings in Madden NFL 17 in a video released by Electronic Arts Wednesday.
“Speed?” Lynch said. “At least somewhere in the 80s.”
His real rating: 79.
“Y’all came in here to make fun of me, is this what this is about right now?” he said in response.
All of the players in the video overestimated their numbers — except for Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott, who guessed his kick power was 10.
“My mother would be ashamed of me,” Lynch said.
Madden NFL 17 is slated for an Aug. 23 release date for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
