It will be breezy and hot in the Denver metro area on Tuesday with a high of around 91 degrees.

Temperatures are expected to plummet by 18 degrees to a high of 77 degrees by Thursday as a brisk north wind enters the state, according to the NWS.

The high will be around 77 degrees again on Friday, when there is a 30 percent chance of rain and thunderstorms.
The probability of rain decreases Saturday through Monday, as the temperatures will begin to creep up to 83 on Saturday, 87 on Sunday and 89 by Monday.
