It won’t be again, but musician Dave Matthews returns to Colorado next Monday for a concert and voter registration drive with Tim Kaine, a who also happens to be Hillary Clinton’s pick for vice president.

Both campaigns have paid more attention to Colorado in recent weeks as some — — polls have shown a tighter race now than what voter surveys had indicated in August.

A string of polls in mid-to-late September pointed to a dead heat, though recent results put forward Monday showed Clinton ahead by a margin similar to her double-digit lead in late summer.
