Icy conditions on Interstate 76 from I-25 to U.S. 85 are causing accidents in both directions, according to the State Patrol.
“East- and westbound is just a sheet of ice; you need to slow down,” Trooper Tim Sutherland, said Sunday morning. That is good advice for any road this morning.

So far accidents have caused no injuries.
“There’s four right in front of me, and we just cleared three others,” Sutherland, who was at I-76 and Dahlia Street. “It just people not paying attention to what they’re doing.”
