A man who was fatally shot in Denver during the weekend has been identified.
Hugo Rodas-Ramirez, 35, died of shotgun wounds, according to the medical examiner’s office. His death is being investigated as a homicide.
Rodas-Ramirez was taken to Denver Health after he was shot about 11:30 p.m. Sunday in the 3400 block of South Lowell Boulevard, according to the coroner’s office. He was pronounced dead at about 3:32 a.m. Monday.
On Monday night, Denver police tweeted a crime alert poster asking the public’s assistance in locating Aaron Espinosa, 25, who is wanted in connection with the at the Loretto Heights apartment complex.
