Fast casual restaurant options aren’t exactly hard to come by, but it’s going to get even easier to eat on the go with Mediterranean eatery Zoës Kitchen doubling its presence in Colorado.

Last week, the Texas-based company opened its fifth outpost in the Denver area at Broomfield’s Flatiron Crossing mall, and has plans to open at least three more Zoës this year (two in Colorado Springs and one in Castle Rock).

If you haven’t checked the chain out, it’s known for its hummus, pita sandwiches and kabobs. With some kabobs clocking in around $12, it’s not exactly a steal, but the food is billed as being healthy and fresh, which is pretty much restaurant speak for “expect to pay an extra dollar or two.”
