The annual Civic Center event where locals eat themselves into a food coma then try to dance it all off Labor Day weekend — also known as A Taste of Colorado — has just announced a seriously stacked music lineup for 2018.
A rock and roll fan? Yep, it’s got that. Country? Oh, sure. Bands people love to hate but secretly love? Oh, it’s definitely got that.
The free music weekend will kick off on Saturday, Sept. 1, with REO Speedwagon. If you can’t stop this feeling anymore, this will be the place to let it out.
On Sunday, things take a turn into the country realm with LeAnn Rimes. How do you live without her? Well, you won’t need to wonder much longer.
And Monday. Oh, Monday. Get ready to travel back to the 1990s and 2000s in a way only these bands can take you: Smash Mouth, Sugar Ray, Spin Doctors and Everclear. You read that right: All those bands in one place, and you can be there.
