Your editorial about the cowardice of the GOP hit the mark. All bullies and narcissists eventually implode. While they surround themselves with sycophants, they are ultimately fated to expose themselves and endanger others.
In this case, we need those who have been the boot-lickers to come to their senses and stand up for the country while, as you say, “Trump holds decency hostage.” As my grandmother always said, “Enough already!”
