The Preservery got a new chef. Mason Bennett, a Boulder native who has worked at Jax and Basta, will take over for Brendan Russell, who’s taking a break from cooking. Bennett’s new menu debuted Friday, May 26, and his Colorado Fingerling Poutine sounds like a great way to kick off the new gig.
