The Friday headliner of Denver’s , Glass Animals, announced on Thursday that the band’s drummer was seriously injured in a bike accident while on tour in Dublin.

Due to drummer Joe Seaward’s injuries, the band has canceled all of its shows for the remainder of the year — including the headline performance at Denver’s Velorama Festival in August.

According to a message posted Thursday morning by lead vocalist Dave Bayley on the band’s accounts, Seaward was riding his bike in Dublin on July 2 when he was hit by a truck. The accident left Seaward with a broken leg and complex skull fracture.

Glass Animals has been removed , and Lo Moon, Cults and local Colorado bands Slow Caves, Brent Coweles and Wildermiss have been added to the weekend festival.

Velorama is a that combines the pro-bike race with a music festival in Denver’s River North neighborhood during the weekend of August 17.
