As it gets closer to the Labor Day weekend, forecasters see a lot of clear skies and sunny weather in Denver’s immediate future.
On Wednesday, it will be mostly sunny and the peak temperature is expected to be around 91 degrees, according to the National Weather Service in Boulder.
It could be a bit breezy at times, with wind gusts up to 26 mph. At night, there is a 10 percent chance for rain and thunderstorms.
There’s a better chance for rain showers and thunderstorms at 10 a.m. on Thursday, the NWS says. The high temperature will be about 88 degrees.
From Friday through the Labor Day on Monday and beyond it will be mostly sunny with highs in the upper 80s and lower 90s.
Rain is not part of the forecast during that span of time.
The high temperature on Labor Day will be around 87.
