Strong storms could generate hail, heavy rain, wind gusts up to 45 mph and thunderstorms late Monday afternoon along the Front Range, forecasters say.
There’s a 30 percent chance of rain showers and thunderstorms, mostly after 4 p.m. and before 9 p.m., according to the National Weather Service in Boulder. Winds will gust up to 16 mph.

The high temperature will be about 86 degrees.
It will be mostly sunny on Tuesday with a high of around 88 degrees, the NWS says.
Afternoon rain and thunderstorms are possible both Wednesday and Thursday. The high temperatures will gradually drop to the mid 80s.
It will be sunny with a high of around 83 degrees on Friday. That night the low will be around 52 degrees.
The highs will drop into the upper 70s on the weekend. There’s a chance for rain on Saturday. It will be sunny on Sunday, the NWS says.
