When you think winter in Colorado, you probably think skiing. We don’t blame you — everyone does. But oh, there is so much more. The ultimate Colorado bucket list is back, and this time we’re tackling all kinds of winter fun, from hot springs and hot toddies to sleigh rides and snow angels.
So how well do you #knowCOwinter? Take a look at our list of 50 things you can do all season, and keep it handy at all times. You never know when you’ll find yourself sipping hot chocolate next to a fireplace. But how do we know you actually did it? That’s where Instagram comes in.
Here’s how it works:
- Snap a sweet Instagram of you achieving one of the bucket list items.
- Post it, tag and add #KnowCOwinter with the item you have achieved in the caption
- We will be collecting and posting your amazing photos through the winter, until March 1
- The Denver Post photo team, along with , will select their favorite photos. Then it’s up to you and your friends to vote on the best one to be crowned the Best Colorado Winter Instagram of 2017.
