Getting your player ready...

Is it downtown’s best view? Itap certainly one of the best, as you’ll see for yourself when agent Jackie Garcia invites you in before the game, to view a northwest-facing penthouse in Beauvallon — the twin-tower baroque-styled condominium on Lincoln Street thatap a landmark of the Golden Triangle’s new-urban renovation. Walk out onto its party-size deck (11 a.m. to 3 p.m.) and you’ll get a 180-degree panorama of the Rockies west of town, but also of downtown’s changing skyline, viewed over the Denver Art Museum.

Garcia, known for her sports clientele, has showed this one to her brother-in-law, former Rockies third-base glove Vinnie Castilla, and says itap a logical choice for a professional athlete. Her seller (she’d handled that transaction, too) had arrived from Miami and was captivated by the view, as well as the three indoor parking spaces that are included — perfect for his Ferrari, Jeep and a motorcycle. He’s now giving up the 3,066-square-foot 3-bedroom/3-bath unit in favor of an even larger one in Beauvallon — but he’s left his mark in numbers of decorator updates, including a flashy entertainment center and fireplace, and polished concrete floors.

Even with a growing number of towers downtown, you’ll have a hard time finding one with the panoramic deck this one offers. Itap right at the base of the north tower’s mansard roof, a design element that provides 14th-floor units with an unusual amount of surrounding balcony. Garcia, with Re/Max Professionals, pointed out how fast Golden Triangle’s scene is changing below — new hotels, in addition to dining and attractions right in the building, including DiFranco’s, Rita B Salon and 100% de Agave Grill and Cantina. She adds that this unit is unique for the very private placement of its three bedroom suites, including a creative master with a corner view, and one suite that the seller shows as a lounge. Garcia will tell you about the concierge service and 24/7 security and the grandiose fifth-floor pool and gardens.

She’ll have holiday treats out Dec. 10 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. To reach 975 Lincoln, take the Lincoln-Broadway exit from I-25 and head north exactly two miles and park just before E. Tenth Avenue, then check in with the concierge in the north tower; or call Jackie Garcia at 303-257-7788.
