Mallory Pugh’s Washington Spirit will be featured in televised NWSL game of the week

The pregame show will include an at-home feature on Pugh with roommates Rose Lavelle and Andi Sullivan

Colorado’s Mallory Pugh will be featured on and off the field Saturday when her Washington Spirit team hosts the Orlando Pride in a nationally televised National Women’s Soccer League game.

Lifetime network has the game, and the pregame show will include an at-home feature on Pugh with roommates Rose Lavelle and Andi Sullivan. All three play for the Spirit and are rising stars on the women’s national team. Pugh’s bedroom includes a wall plaque depicting the shape of the U.S. with a heart marking the location of Colorado.

The pre-game show will begin at 1:30 p.m., with kickoff at 1:50 p.m. The game also will be available for live and on-demand streaming at .

Pugh, a Mountain Vista product from Highlands Ranch, joined the Spirit last year in midseason and led the team in scoring with six goals in 16 games. The Spirit lost its season opener 2-1 last week at Seattle.
