Penn and family were off to services at Red Rocks Church and won’t be holding an open house on Easter, but he can show you either by appointment this week.
Penn, a Solterra expert who lives there, says both homes have features that are in harmony with what buyers want from its trail-wrapped setting, including the ranch with over 3,800 finished square feet.
By Infinity Home Collection, it was completed in 2011 with nice custom touches the buyers added — but leaving the basement unfinished.
“That becomes a challenge to market,” Penn says. “The buyer is going to have older kids and is going to want to host the holidays.”
Penn recommended bringing in ElkStone Basements of Parker, which did a full basement treatment last fall: two more guest bedrooms and bath that you’ll see, plus a rec area.
He has it priced at $868,000. In addition to that stunning view of Mt. Morrison and the Dakota Hogback with Red Rocks at its crest, you’ll see a gourmet kitchen with a five-burner Bosch range, a courtyard entry suitable as a second outdoor living area, and a stop-n-drop area off the garage (where the third bay has a separate carriage entry).
Penn’s other listing coming on in Solterra is a family-sized two-story, three bedrooms/three baths, with a full, unfinished walkout level; and a view across a wide greenbelt of Mt. Morrison thatap every bit as impressive as the ranch’s. Itap priced at $775,000.
Penn, who will take your calls on those Monday, April 2, says this is the right moment to look at Solterra as its build-out approaches, underscored by a final corridor of 71 single-family homes on its lower southwest corner that will be linked to Alameda by South McIntyre Street.
To arrange a tour of either home, call Penn at 360 Dwellings at 720-206-4268.
The news and editorial staffs of The Denver Post had no role in this postap preparation.
