During the second day of the NFL draft on Friday, former Philadelphia Eagles kick David Akers had the honor of announcing the team’s second-round pick. When he got on stage, he was welcomed with jeers from the crowd at AT&T Stadium in Dallas. He responded in kind.
“Hey, Dallas,” Akers yells, “the last time you were in the Super Bowl, these draft picks weren’t born!”
