Buy a home on the fairway, get a golf cart, as Lennar has homes ready at Heritage Todd Creek, Windsor’s Water Valley

Lennar promises quick move-ins at its two premium golf course communities: age-55-plus Todd Creek in Thornton and Water Valley, 30 miles north.

Getting your player ready...

In a month when almost everybody is thinking about vacations rather than real estate, Lennar wants to focus your attention on some opportunities for year-round fun right here in Colorado.

Right now, you can pick a home ready for move-in at either of its two premium golf course communities — Water Valley in Windsor and age-55-plus Heritage Todd Creek in Thornton — and Lennar will put a new golf cart in the garage for you, for trips to the clubhouse.

Homes that are move-in-ready are a rarity in this market. Last week at all-ranch Heritage Todd Creek, east of I-25 on E-470, one of those disappeared to a couple who had just returned from a New Zealand trip and were readying to leave on an Alaska cruise.

“Now they’re literally going to be coming home to a new ranch,” says Lennar’s Tina Veltri.

Their purchase left only one move-in-ready home at Heritage Todd Creek. Veltri can show you that three-bedroom ranch, with full-wide three-car garage, in an all-ranch neighborhood close to one of the community’s lakes and its 18-hole Arthur Hills golf course and clubhouse. The home has 2,156 square feet of finished space, plus deck and a walkout basement that overlooks open space. Itap priced at $574,000.

Buy it now and close by August 31 and Lennar will put a cart in that third garage bay, for quick trips over to the clubhouse and community center. You can have a look Sunday, June 17, including at Creekside Grill (open for lunch or dinner), where Heritage Todd Creek residents enjoy karaoke nights and a rich assortment of other events.

Thirty miles north, not far from where Woodward Inc. is bringing 350 jobs to Fort Collins, you can tour CalAtlantic models at Water Valley, beside Pelican Lakes Golf Club in Windsor. Wrapped in lakes, the 27-hole venue boasts more shoreline than any other club in the U.S.

CalAtlantic, a Lennar company, has four family-sized homes there ready to deliver now, including a four-bedroom, 2,189-square-foot home at 353 Seahorse Drive (Amal Gumbs and Angie Headley can show you today).

Itap close to 8-of-10-star Windsor Charter Academy and backs to a view across a lake and the fourth fairway of the club’s nine-hole Pelican Falls course.

Buy and close by Aug. 31 and Lennar will include a cart, plus a one-year club social membership with pool, tennis and beach access.

“These are rare opportunities for a new home in a golf community with attractive, modestly priced play,” says Chris Clark, former pro at Columbine Country Club, now Lennar area sales manager.

Free Club Car carts from Colorado Golf and Turf are available only on Lennar homes ready now at Heritage Todd Creek and Water Valley, to close by Aug. 31.
