Country music star Thomas Rhett knows how to visit Colorado.
Rhett was in town this weekend to open for Kenny Chesney during his Trip Around the Sun Tour, which stopped at the Broncos Stadium at Mile High Saturday night.
The next day, Rhett and his wife Lauren Akins, whose popular Instagram has 1.7 million followers, posted photos of the couple, their kids and friends during a morning hike to St. Mary’s Glacier near Idaho Springs.
Akins posted that the hike was largely a success despite minor falling among the friends, including Rhett, who rolled an ankle.
