The Juneteenth Music Festival and parade took place in Five Points on June 15. Juneteenth commemorates the end of slavery in the United States dating back to 1865 on June 19. The festival continued through Sunday with food, arts and crafts, vendors, and wrapped up with a concert by Ashanti.
