A rockslide on Interstate 70 west of Denver briefly shut down the westbound lanes of the highway Tuesday night.
I-70 Rock Slide – Westbound at bottom of Floyd Hill. Traffic being taken off at exit 244 and routed back on from US 6. enroute.

The slide happened at about 8:10 p.m. in Clear Creek County at the bottom of Floyd Hill, according to the Colorado State Patrol. Traffic was routed off I-70 and on to U.S. Highway 6 for about 30 minutes. Interstate 70 reopened at about 8:40 p.m.
There were no reports of injuries.
