The real estate agent told police she was showing the house about 11:30 a.m. Sunday in the 14700 block of 104th Avenue when someone came into the residence and tried to rob it, police said.

The robber threatened the woman with a knife and ordered her to turn over some belongings, police said. The real estate agent pulled a handgun and fired a shot at the robber, who fled. It was unknown if he was hit.
