Overland easily defeated Fossil Ridge by a score of 34-13 on Thursday, Sept. 19.

Martavia “Mark” Thrower led Overland’s passing attack with 428 yards through the air, tossing five touchdowns with no interceptions. Thrower’s most relied on target in the contest was Ismael Cisse, who caught seven passes for 107 yards.

Jawan Lacour paced the Overland ground attack by accumulating 159 yards in the game, averaging 31.8 yards per carry. Kamari Brown added 94 yards on the ground, averaging 18.8 yards per carry, as well as 94 receiving yards.

Chris Bowerfind lead all Fossil Ridge rushers with 80 yards and one touchdown in the contest, averaging 4.2 yards per carry.

Fossil Ridge will play host to Ralston Valley, while Overland will travel to play Fountain-Fort Carson.
