Legend managed to prevail in a low-scoring contest against Emporia, 13-6 on Friday, Sept. 20.
Legend quarterback Kalen Shoemaker led the passing attack with 135 yards through the air. Blake Doud lead all Legend receivers with four receptions for 64 yards.
Blake Rarog spearheaded the Legend rushing attack by finishing with 126 yards and two touchdowns in the contest, averaging 6 yards per carry. Connor Eise added 63 yards on the ground, averaging 4.5 yards per carry.
Emporia has not reported any team or player statistics from this contest.
