Platte Canyon couldn’t quite keep up with a potent Colorado Springs Christian squad, losing by a score of 41-0 on Saturday, Sept. 21.

Caleb Stockton led Colorado Springs Christian’s passing attack with 138 yards through the air, tossing three touchdowns without an interception. Stockton also added 144 yards and three touchdowns on the ground. Joe Dunn was also Colorado Springs Christian’s leading receiver on the day.

Dunn spearheaded the Colorado Springs Christian rushing attack by running for 190 yards in the contest, averaging 11.2 yards per carry. Dunn also tacked on 66 receiving yards and one touchdown.

Brandon Patterson paced all Platte Canyon rushers with 96 yards in the contest, averaging 4.6 yards per carry.

In their next games, Colorado Springs Christian will stay home and play Ellicott, while Platte Canyon will travel to play Peyton.
