closing event, “Cósmico Americas,” brought art and visitors to Civic Center Park in Denver on Sept. 28, 2019. The free event celebrated art and culture of the Americas and featured Sonic Design Studio’s art piece “Jaguara,” a mobile light and sound art installation that, in conjunction with large projectors, projected images of the Amazon rain forest on the City and County Building to bring attention to the deforestation and the endangerment of the jaguar habitat in North and South America.
