Colorado Springs Christian easily put away Ellicott by a score of 55-8 on Saturday, Sept. 28.

Caleb Stockton led Colorado Springs Christian’s passing attack with 100 yards through the air. Stockton also added 39 yards and one touchdown on the ground. Colorado Springs Christian’s leading receiver was Andrew Knedler, who caught two passes for 63 yards and one score.

Peyton Brones spearheaded the Colorado Springs Christian rushing attack by finishing with 114 yards and three touchdowns in the game, averaging 28.5 yards per carry.

Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Colorado Springs Christian heading to play Ignacio and Ellicott taking on Peyton.

Ellicott has not reported any team or player statistics from this contest.
