On the Broncos’ second offensive drive of the day, quarterback Joe Flacco connected with Courtland Sutton for a 70-yard touchdown pass against the Chargers.
The score gave Denver a 14-0 lead in the first quarter.
According to the Broncos, it is Flacco’s eighth touchdown pass of 70 or more yards in his NFL career.
With a 70-yd TD pass to WR Courtland Sutton, Broncos QB Joe Flacco has now thrown eight TD passes of 70+yards since entering the NFL in 2008.
