Northglenn earned a win when they defeated Adams City 19-14 on Friday, Oct. 4 at @ 5 Star Stadium.
D’angelo Montoya led Northglenn’s passing attack with 184 yards through the air, tossing one touchdown and one interception. Montoya also added 119 yards and one touchdown on the ground. Blake Swatzell lead all Northglenn receivers with two receptions for 91 yards and one score.
In addition to Montoya’s effort, Lamar Opila paced the Northglenn rushing attack by finishing with 27 yards in the contest, averaging 6.8 yards per carry.
Adams City will stay home and play Far Northeast Warriors, while Northglenn will travel to play Rangeview.
