Colorado Springs Christian easily handled Rye by a score of 50-6 on Saturday, Oct. 19.

Caleb Stockton powered Colorado Springs Christian’s passing attack with 51 yards through the air. Stockton also added 41 yards and one touchdown on the ground. Stockton’s favorite target in the ballgame was Justin Condit, who caught one pass for 42 yards.

Peyton Brones spearheaded the Colorado Springs Christian rushing attack by gaining 165 yards in the contest, averaging 12.7 yards per carry. Joe Dunn added 135 yards and two touchdowns on the ground, averaging 19.3 yards per carry.

Riley Prichard paced all Rye rushers with 33 yards in the game.

Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Colorado Springs Christian heading to play St. Mary’s and Rye taking on Buena Vista.
