Longmont unable to match Broomfield’s firepower, lose 44-7

Longmont couldn’t quite keep up with a potent Broomfield squad, losing by a score of 44-7 on Thursday.

Longmont quarterback Keegan Patterson led the passing attack with 154 yards through the air. Patterson also added 40 yards on the ground. Keegan Patterson’s most prolific target in the game was Aiden Tank, who caught eight passes for 54 yards. Jack Moll contributed in the passing game as well, reeling in three balls for 51 yards.

Longmont’s ground game was lead by Brayden Engelking and his 19 yards and one touchdown.

Broomfield has not reported any team or player statistics from this contest.
