Riders competed in the Denver Chute Out PBR Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour finals at the National Western Stock Show Wednesday night in Denver. Taylor Toves, of Stephenville, Texas, won the $20,000 grand prize after riding two of three bulls for a cumulative score of 177.5 points.
