The Montrose Indians easily handled the Rifle Bears by a score of 56-19 on Tuesday, Jan. 14.

Ally Nichols lead Montrose with 11 points scored while also collecting six rebounds and one assist. Josie Eccher helped the effort by chipping in 11 points.

Rifle was lead in scoring by Jamie Caron who accounted for six points, while also collecting four rebounds and one assist. Jahaira Luna and April Quinones also had productive games contributing four points each.

Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Montrose hosting Delta and Rifle taking on Glenwood Springs.
