Caprock Academy defeated the Hotchkiss Bulldogs by a score of 60-43 on Tuesday, Jan. 14.
Andrew Jordan lead Caprock Academy with 20 points scored while also recording two rebounds and one assist. Daniel Spinu recorded a double-double, scoring 15 points and collecting 13 rebounds.
Hotchkiss was paced in scoring by Zac Ziemer who accounted for 13 points. Brian Gonzalez helped by contributing nine points.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Caprock Academy heading to play Meeker and Hotchkiss taking on West Grand.
