Doherty beat the Mountain Vista Golden Eagles by a score of 58-51 on Wednesday.
Doherty was lead in scoring by Taryn Lindsey who scored 14 points while also recording three rebounds and two assists. Aujanae Latimer had a solid night, scoring nine points.
Mountain Vista was lead in scoring by Mackenzie Gamble who put up 17 points, while also collecting three rebounds and two assists. Berit Brookfield aided the effort by chipping in eight points and five rebounds.
Looking ahead to their next games, Mountain Vista will stay home and play Castle View, while Doherty will travel to play Palmer.
