Grandview dominated down low, grabbing 62 of all rebounds and blocking four shots in their 65-40 victory over Cherry Creek on Friday.
Addison O’grady lead Grandview with 19 points scored while also collecting nine rebounds. Lauren Betts recorded a double-double, scoring 18 points and collecting 17 rebounds.
Cherry Creek was paced in scoring by Jana Van Gytenbeek who scored 20 points, while also recording two rebounds and three assists. Carly Thompson had a good night, scoring nine points.
Next up for each team, Cherry Creek will play host to Dakota Ridge, while Grandview will travel to play Mullen.
