The Montrose Indians earned a win when they defeated Grand Junction Central 48-34 on Friday.
Luke Hutto lead Montrose with 18 points scored while also collecting eight rebounds and two assists. Trey Schwerdtfeger helped the effort by contributing 11 points and three rebounds.
Grand Junction Central was paced in scoring by Jorge Bolanos who accounted for 12 points while grabbing one rebounds. Triston Nostrand and Nathan Ramos also had notable outings contributing five points each.
Montrose will play host to Grand Junction, while Grand Junction Central will travel to play Fruita Monument.
