Lewis-Palmer could not overcome Air Academy in 67-61 loss on Friday.
Air Academy was lead in scoring by Grant Featherston who put up 14 points while also collecting five rebounds and one assist. Ryder Banks and Finn Horsfall also had solid games contributing 13 points and 10 points, respectively.
Lewis-Palmer was paced in scoring by Eddie Speller Jr. who scored 25 points, while also recording nine rebounds and three assists. Colin Westfall aided the effort by chipping in 16 points, five rebounds, and five assists.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Air Academy heading to play Vista Ridge and Lewis-Palmer taking on Cheyenne Mountain.
