
Merino outlasts Dayspring Christian Academy, winning by a score of 55-39 on Saturday, Jan. 25.
Taysa Conger lead Merino with 22 points scored while also collecting nine rebounds and three assists. Hannah Pejsa-Stegner helped the effort by contributing 18 points, three rebounds, and four assists.
Dayspring Christian Academy was paced in scoring by Corrin Sides who accounted for 19 points while grabbing five rebounds. Alexa Shenkenberg had a respectable night, recording 12 points, three rebounds and two assists.
Looking ahead to their next games, Merino will play host to Sedgwick County, while Dayspring Christian Academy will travel to play Longmont Christian.
