The Battle Creek, Mich., Police Department asked CBI officials to issue an alert for endangered missing children last week.
Sgt. Todd Elliott of the Battle Creek police said Dennis and Rebecca Dunkelberger and their children were about 2 p.m. Tuesday on eastbound Interstate 80, according to the Battle Creek Enquirer. Authorities had been looking for the family since they left Battle Creek in violation of a custody order.
