Briggsdale let it rain from beyond the arc, drilling eight treys but ultimately fell 64-63 against Fleming on Saturday, Feb. 1.
Whitney Chintala lead Fleming with 24 points scored while also recording five rebounds and three assists. Kendyl Kirkwood recorded a double-double, scoring 22 points and collecting 21 rebounds.
Briggsdale was lead in scoring by Kylie Krise who accounted for 21 points, while also collecting 11 rebounds and four assists. Shelby Hoffman had a respectable night, recording 16 points, one rebound and one assist.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Fleming hosting Weldon Valley and Briggsdale taking on Peetz.
