Thomas MacLaren School earned a win when they defeated the Simla Cubs 65-50 on Friday, Jan. 31.
Joel Shorey lead Thomas MacLaren School with 15 points scored while also grabbing one rebounds. Tomas Baltzer recorded a double-double, scoring 11 points and collecting 12 rebounds.
Simla was lead in scoring by Coletin Mazerall who put up 14 points, while also recording nine rebounds and seven assists. Brayden Glover and Joey Dwyer also had respectable performances contributing 10 points each.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Thomas MacLaren School hosting Dolores Huerta Prep and Simla taking on Las Animas.
