The Niwot Cougars easily put away the Northridge Grizzlies by a score of 50-30 on Friday, Jan. 31.
Cooper Sheldon lead Niwot with 20 points scored while also collecting three rebounds and three assists. Austin Rathburn recorded a double-double, scoring 13 points and collecting 10 rebounds.
Northridge was lead in scoring by Chris Young who accounted for nine points while grabbing two rebounds. Zack Van soest had a good night, scoring eight points.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Niwot heading to play Thompson Valley and Northridge taking on Greeley Central.
