Vandenberg’s double-double lifts Denver Christian over Heritage Christian in 65-50 win

Heritage Christian made their presence felt from downtown, drilling 40% of their attempts but ultimately lost 65-50 against Denver Christian on Friday, Jan. 31.

Henry Vandenberg lead Denver Christian with 22 points scored while also recording 12 rebounds and one assist. Ben Buhler had a productive night, recording 13 points.

Heritage Christian was paced in scoring by Jaden Johnson who put up 15 points while collecting four rebounds. Caleb Stockton and Samuel Lundy also had notable performances contributing 12 points and 11 points, respectively.

Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Denver Christian hosting Denver Academy and Heritage Christian taking on Union Colony Prep.
